Expansive area in an excellent location

Spanning around 480 hectares, LogPoint South Sweden includes the sub-areas Torsvik, Momarken and Stigamo, among others. Demand for land in the area is extremely high, which poses a considerable challenge as well as offering fantastic opportunities.

LogPoint is just 10 minutes south of Jönköping, right on the E4 and nearby national highway 40. From the area, it’s easy to get to the nation’s major cities and the rest of the country. 80% of Sweden’s population lies within a 400 km radius. The major cities of northern Europe and the Nordic region are also within reach. Shipments can be carried by rail as well as by road. A variety of companies

There are around 120 companies currently operating at LogPoint. Their size and activities vary, although many are strongly focused on logistics and warehousing or e-commerce, benefiting from the strategic location as well as each other.

Through LogPoint Business Network, among other things, the companies work together to pursue dialogue and improvements in the area alongside the municipality, region, university and other players.

IKEA, Aditro Logistics, PEN, Elektrolux, Bubs godis and Postnord are among the companies based at LogPoint.

Attractive workplaces

LogPoint is an attractive area for those companies already established here. The site includes restaurants, cycle paths, public transport, secure parking for heavy goods vehicles and a new service centre with a gym, occupational healthcare facilities and restaurant. Many facilities are open round the clock, which means the area is full of life both day and night.

LogPoint lies nearby excellent accommodation and a dynamic city with a growing population, a flourishing business climate, areas of natural beauty and excellent connections to Jönköping.

With a growing population, Jönköping Municipality has been firmly focused on urban development in the area over a number of years. An entirely new city centre has emerged during the last 10 years, with many new features, including cafés, restaurants and meeting places.

There is a flourishing enterprise climate in Jönköping Municipality featuring diversity, variation and entrepreneurship, something which has certainly had a positive impact on LogPoint.

The expansion of the university over the last few decades has created momentum and drive for Jönköping which has had a positive effect on the development area.
